Darlie Lynn Routier: The Art Of Bravery

                                                        ART OF INNOCENCE BLOG

Art of Innocence is dedicated to the women who inspired me to start this charity, and now, my blog.  In 2017, Darlie Lynn Routier came into my life, and she and I became very close friends. This innocent woman's story is an extremely sad, yet very hopeful story of courage and determination.

I hope you come along on this journey, and I hope you get to see inside the real lady, as I have. If you choose to be a part of this, then you will have chosen to discover what really happened to her, and to her life.

I'll share bits and pieces of the over 260 letters I have from Darlie. Things that will help you to see her compassion and empathy. Nothing of course, that is private, but what kind of lovely person she is. An ordinary mom, who was plunged into the absolute worst nightmare you could ever imagine!

I'm hoping that by sharing this insight with you, you will see into her heart, as I did. And how I truly know in my heart, that she is completely innocent of the crime she was so wrongly accused of.

Her belief in God and her conviction of innocence has never waivered. That's what keeps her going, along with her son, family and friends....all her support. And, of course, the Innocence Project of New York taking on her case a few years ago.

Please be respectful and positive in your remarks, if you have an opinion. Negativity is not allowed here. (All comments will be approved before I post them)  She has had quite enough of that. Enough to last the rest of her life. Everyone needs to let go of the past in one way or another, especially when it was a nightmare. And for Darlie Lynn Routier, her life from 1996 until present day, has certainly been just that!

So, I thank you in advance, for your respect and kindness here.

Keep an eye out next week, for my first post.

Welcome!

-Marianne
